Please note that we do not manage any repairs in social housing. This service is purely for Managers of public buildings or schools. Members of the public who require this service must contact Incommunities https://www.incommunities.co.uk/ who will be able to advise or assist in this area.
For all our customers we have a dedicated Helpdesk (an active Service Level Agreement must be in place to access this service). For any urgent maintenance/repairs in schools or public buildings (that you are responsible for), please contact our Helpdesk team, provide the relevant details and leave the rest to us. For non-urgent requests, customers can raise request online via Tf Cloud.

The helpdesk service is available 7.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and until 4.00pm on Fridays however we recognise that things don't always go wrong during 'working hours'. To ensure that you receive support when you really need it most, we operate an 'out of hours' service after these times. Our phones automatically divert to the the Council's Monitoring Station who are able to action a response including contacting us in an emergency. If you wish to raise a request for a job that is not urgent then you can do this via TF Cloud which is available online 24/7 for all our customers.
