The helpdesk service is available 7.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and until 4.00pm on Fridays however we recognise that things don't always go wrong during 'working hours'. To ensure that you receive support when you really need it most, we operate an 'out of hours' service after these times. Our phones automatically divert to the the Council's Monitoring Station who are able to action a response including contacting us in an emergency. If you wish to raise a request for a job that is not urgent then you can do this via TF Cloud which is available online 24/7 for our customers.
