Responding to your requests

We welcome customer feedback/requests as it helps us to improve.

This website and the traffic light system on the service list was introduced as a result of customer feedback. 

The response to the traffic light system was so positive that we expanded it in the brochure this year by introducing tables within each area highlighting relevant legislation, standard or Code of Practice that you need to be aware of. Again, the response has been extremely positive. We are happy that you like it.
